Judie Fenton, President and founder of FTA, has more than 25 years of experience in creative marketing, business development and political campaign strategies. Judie's creativity and management style has enabled her to lead her clients through all aspects of fundraising and development of their respective projects. Some of her other notable achievements include past Director of Development and Interim Executive Director of the Maple Counseling Center of Beverly Hills, and working closely with the National Recording Academy “Person of the Year" dinners. Additionally she has guided various candidates through successful local elections. Judie was appointed by the Beverly Hills City Council to the Traffic and Parking Commission where she served as a commissioner for eight years. The Beverly Hills Education Foundation honored Judie with the Bosse Spirit of Philanthropy Award. The awards, resolutions and proclamations that she has received, represent only a sampling of the profound impact that she has had in the service to her community. Ashlee Anliker, Event Director, grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona for her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Ashlee planned and directed many fundraising events while in college, which started her passion for event coordinating. Her expertise on the computer enables her to create and manage data processing and write all presentations. Ashlee brings an eye for detail and enthusiasm to the team.
Jody Barens, Event and Auction Manager, is a life long resident of Beverly Hills. Jody earned her Bachelors Degree from USC in communications and went on to earn her Masters in Education from Pepperdine University. She taught pre-school for several years before taking to her creativity. While living in Las Vegas, she gained experience by helping to plan events within the community. Since moving back to Los Angeles, Jody has been instrumental in coordinating specialty events and has become a significant part of our Auction Team. Her attention to detail is paramount in the execution of successful events. Jody brings enormous creativity and energy to the FTA Team.
Ellyn Snowden, Consultant and Auction Coordinator, grew up in the Los Angeles area. She comes to FTA after working for 22 years in the buying office for Nordstrom Department Stores. Her experience working with companies and their personnel makes her extremely qualified at nurturing relationships and targeting donor resources, which gives her a major advantage when procuring auction items for various charities. She excels at product acquisitions, focusing on unique items and the hottest new merchandise. Her wealth of experience and enthusiasm makes her a valuable member of the FTA team of professionals.
Miles Lee, Security Consultant/Coordinator, is a retired Lieutenant and a 30 year veteran of the Beverly Hills Police Department. Miles specializes in full security coordination. His expertise is special projects with an emphasis on Community Outreach.

Tamar Seff, Event Coordinator, is a Los Angeles native. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UCLA. She started her career in International Television Programming Distribution, later working in the non-profit sector. Her breadth of experience makes her a well-rounded member of the team. Organized and detail oriented, Tamar carefully handles the day-to-day specifics of each event she coordinates. Tamar's professionalism and versatility make her a valuable asset to FTA.
